No contract will remain between you and sensors-tracking.com for the sale of products until you receive a confirmation of your order in the form of a receipt confirming the details of your order. The products referenced on this site are only available in metropolitan France.

The price you pay is the price indicated on the site including VAT for France. The price does not include delivery charges, as described in the “Shipping” section. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. All orders are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse the sale to any individual or company. Prices are in Euro, Euro.

We will deliver the product (s) ordered to the delivery address you have indicated to us. Thank you for verifying its accuracy. Any redirection due to incorrect address will be at your expense. We do our best to deliver you as quickly as possible. The delivery details on e-shop.larumeurmag.com are subject to the conditions explained in the section “Shipping”.

The prices indicated on the site do not include the shipping costs and the cost of the packaging. Prices include VAT for France. We reserve the right to change these terms without notice. The shipping costs of your order are calculated automatically according to your location and the weight of your order. We exclusively deliver in metropolitan France. Orders in Metropolitan France are shipped to Colissimo Suivi, a tracking number will be provided to track the progress of your order online.
Delivery time

Orders shipped to Metropolitan France are usually delivered within 7 business days after you receive the confirmation e-mail. In fact, two bulk shipments are made each week. sensors-tracking.com can not be held responsible for any additional delays. sensors-tracking.com can not be held responsible for inappropriate behavior on the part of the postal services.

We want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Products that can be exchanged must have been purchased on sensors-tracking.com, in their intact, unworn and sealed original condition. Any merchandise returned to AgileBio (1 Voie Félix Eboué, 94000 Créteil, France) must be returned to us in the state in which it was shipped by our services. e-shop.larumeurmag.com will check any returned merchandise to detect any damage and to make sure it comes from sensors-tracking.com.

If the return is due to an error on our part, sensors-tracking.com will refund the return shipping costs and return a replacement product at no cost to the customer – OR – refund the product amount as well as all shipping charges . sensors-tracking.com will not exchange or refund if the error comes from the customer, for example if it has mistaken product or options (size, etc …).
